Latest news
headlines link to their publishersNo recent headlines matched this market. We only show an article when the names in the question appear in its headline, so a very local or very new market often has nothing. Showing nothing is deliberate: an unrelated story here would read like evidence about the price.
Headlines are matched on the names in “Will Tigres UANL finish 2nd in the 2026 Liga MX Apertura?”. Nobody checks them by hand, so one may not be relevant. They also say nothing about whether the price has already moved on this news.
How this market resolves
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team finishes 2nd (runner-up) in the 2026 Liga MX Apertura competition final phase. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Liga MX as finishing in second place in the Apertura final phase. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2026 Liga MX Apertura competition (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No". If the 2026 Liga MX Apertura is cancelled, postponed after December 27, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from Liga MX. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
