Privacy Policy

PullToPar (pulltopar.com) is a free screener for Polymarket prediction markets, provided for information only. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means the operator of this website.

This site is run by an individual, not a company, and that person is the data controller for any personal data described below. For any privacy question or request — including asking who the controller is by name — write to [email protected] and you will be told.

As little as will do the job. Nothing here is used to identify you personally.

• Page visits. Counted with Umami, which we host on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. It records the page, the referring site, an approximate country, browser, operating system and screen size. Your IP address is used to derive the country and is then discarded, not stored.
• Screener actions. When you change a filter, sort a column or run a search, we record that as a count so we can see which controls people use. The search term is included, so do not type anything private into the search box.
• Session recordings. Described in full in section 3 below. Not everyone is recorded, and typed content never is.
• Contact messages. If you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.
• Your preferences. Light or dark theme is stored in a cookie on your device so the page does not flash the wrong colour on load. It is read by this site only.

On some visits we record how the page was used: cursor movement, clicks, scrolling and which pages were opened. It exists to show us where the screener is confusing. The recorder is Umami’s own, running on our server; no recording is sent to a third party.

Nobody in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland is recorded. The check runs on our server before the recorder is loaded, so for those visitors no recording is created in the first place, and there is nothing to consent to or delete.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, you are not recorded either, wherever you are, whether or not the law where you live requires us to honour it.

What a recording never contains:

• Anything you type. All fields are masked in the browser before anything is sent, so a recording can show that a box was filled in, never what went into it.
• The contact page, which is excluded from recording entirely.
• Your IP address, name or email.

Recordings are deleted automatically after 14 days.

• We do not sell, rent or share your data.
• We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any third-party tracker.
• We do not show adverts, so nothing here profiles you for advertising.
• We do not build a profile of you across sites or over time.
• There are no accounts, so there is no login history to hold.

There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Two things are stored on your device: your theme choice, and an anonymous identifier the analytics uses to group the pages of a single visit. The identifier contains nothing about you and clearing your browser data removes it.

Aggregate visit counting runs on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, which is limited and cannot identify you. You can object at any time by writing to us.

Session recording is the activity that would need consent, and our answer is not to collect it from you at all rather than to ask. Replying to your message uses the information you chose to send.

Links to Polymarket carry a referral code, except from Great Britain, where they deliberately do not. If you sign up and trade there, we may earn a share of fees you would have paid anyway. It costs you nothing, and it does not change which markets are shown or how they are ranked.

Those links pass through this site first, at a /go/…address, so that the referral code can be attached or withheld based on your country. That request appears in our web server’s ordinary access log, like any other page you open. Nothing about the click is added to the analytics profile of a person, because there is no such profile.

Polymarket is a separate company. Once you follow a link, what happens is covered by their privacy policy and terms, not ours.

• Cloudflare sits in front of the site to block attacks and to tell us which country a request came from. It sees traffic in transit and keeps its own logs under its own policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is being used by a person rather than a script.
• Polymarket’s image host.The small picture beside each market is loaded by your browser directly from Polymarket’s storage on Amazon S3, rather than copied onto our server first. That request shows them your IP address, the same as opening any page with a picture on it. We send no referrer with it, so they are not told which market you were looking at, and the pictures are not used to track you.
• Nobody else. Analytics, recordings and email all run on servers we operate.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, or to complain to a regulator.

Write to [email protected] and say what you want. There is no account to look you up by, so it helps to say roughly when you visited and from where. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, no recording of you exists to delete in the first place.

The servers running this site and its analytics are in the EU. Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, operates globally and may route your request through a location near you.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to [email protected] and it will be deleted.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA and CPRA, and we do not offer financial incentives for data. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt-out from session recording and honour it automatically. You may also ask what we hold and have it deleted, using the address above, without being treated differently for asking.

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to notify you, by design.
