headlines link to their publishersNo recent headlines matched this market. We only show an article when the names in the question appear in its headline, so a very local or very new market often has nothing. Showing nothing is deliberate: an unrelated story here would read like evidence about the price.
Headlines are matched on the names in “Will Levon Aronian Win the Sinquefield Cup?”. Nobody checks them by hand, so one may not be relevant. They also say nothing about whether the price has already moved on this news.
How this market resolves
This market will resolve according to the winner of the 2026 Sinquefield Cup, currently scheduled for August 8, 2026 to August 21, 2026. If this tournament is postponed after September 4, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a winner has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other." If multiple players are declared winner, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, the Grand Chess Tour (https://grandchesstour.org/tours/2026/tournaments/2026-sinquefield-cup/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
