How this market resolves
This market will resolve to “Yes” if a snap election is called in Denmark between market creation and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” The calling of a snap election requires the formal dissolution of the Folketing, or another formal scheduling, according to the rules of the jurisdiction, of an election for all members of the Folketing prior to their scheduled election at the end of the parliamentary term. An announcement of an intention to call an election, a failed vote of no confidence, or the collapse of the governing coalition will not by itself qualify toward a “Yes” resolution. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of Denmark and the Folketing; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
